Why we built this
Long Island is one of the most vibrant, diverse, and tightly-knit regions in the country. Yet for years, local residents had no single place to discover what was happening in their town, support neighborhood businesses, or connect with their community online.
We set out to change that. Long Island Community is a platform purpose-built for the 3 million people who call Nassau and Suffolk home — a place where local life is front and center.
